Rental rates are effective as of July 1, 2025 and apply to ALL event reservations after July 1, 2025.

(For weddings this includes the use of Lorenz Hall, rehearsal dinner, reception dinner, and dance.) Use of the big cooler is optional.  The parish does not provide any services for the dance. The Parish Hall and grounds cannot be rented for non-Catholic religious ceremonies.  The parish is not responsible for accidents and absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in any of the Parish Buildings.

Prices include use of outside restrooms AND Standard Event Insurance ONLY.  
 

  IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • A $200 deposit is required in advance for all rentals.  It will be returned when the hall is properly cleaned.
  • Special Event Insurance is required and explained in your rental agreement.  Contact Michele for details.
  • Two rental agreement forms must be signed in advance. You keep one and the Parish keeps one.                           Forms are provided by the Parish Administration upon making your reservation request.  
  • The big cooler must be cleaned after its use and turned off.  
  • The parish is not responsible for any loss or spoilage in the cooler.
  • Any activity outside parish activities must be approved by the Pastor.  
  • For approval of use of the hall for any activities other than those listed above, contact Michele Renkemeyer.
  • The parish will lend only the old heavy tables & chairs and to parishioners.  (Ask Michele)
  • Persons renting the hall and/or other parish facilities may be liable for any damage done to parish property           while renting its facilities.
  • “Renter” is person actually hosting the event for themselves or a person from the parish.
  • For an event where there will be alcohol present and/or advertised, kid’s rides, or other activities, the renter        IS RQUIRED to purchase additional special event insurance.  (Ask Michele).
